Stain Lifting Process
Our process lifts your topical/newer & deeper/older stains. We do not change the color of your teeth. Fact, the more time under the light, the deeper the lifting of the stains and the brighter your smile will be. You can do up to 80 minutes in 1 session, however, we typically advise after the 60-minute session is complete. The ranges shown in the treatment pricing are actual results Smile Labs Charlotte consistently sees.

30 minute
Teeth Whitening Session- This session works to break up topical stains while improving brightness. Results vary. You could see 2-6 shades brighter.
45 minute
Teeth Whitening Session- This session is for lifting topical & heavy stains, while it works to break up deeper stains. Results vary. You could see up to 4-10 shades brighter.
60 minute
Teeth Whitening Session- This session is for some of the heaviest lifting, working on removing the deepest of stains, and getting you to maximum brightness. Recommended for older adults, kids or adults that had braces, past smoker/still smoke, and frequently use any of the top staining beverages of coffee, tea, and soda or red wine. Results vary. You could see 4-12+ shades brighter.
80 minute
Teeth Whitening Session- This session like the 60 minute session is for the toughest of stains, some individuals just need more time than others. Recommended for older adults, kids, or adults that had braces, smokers/past smokers, and frequently use any of the top staining beverages of coffee, tea, and soda or red wine. Results vary. You could see 6-16+ shades brighter.

Touch Up’s & Your Personalized Maintenance Plan
These services are reserved for existing clients of Smile Labs Charlotte. In order to use the maintenance/touch up services, you would need to be seen within 8 months of your initial treatment of 45 or 60 minute. Personalizing your maintenance plan may take 1 or 2 touch ups to find the right amount of time between appointments. When you are on the right maintenance plan, you should go back to your initial appointments ending shade.

Touch Up Session- Clients previously seen in the past 3-4 months and were on the lower end of the shading guide.
30 minute
Touch Up Session- Clients previously seen in the past 3-8 months and were on the middle/or high end of the shading guide.
